Our Health Visitor Drop-In Baby Weighing Clinics
during March will be held on the following dates:
Bagshot Clinics (held at the Bagshot Sure Start Children’s Centre, School Lane, GU19 5BP) are from 1.30 pm – 2.30 pm and will be held on:
Monday 19th March
(Bagshot Clinics are held the first and third Monday of each month)
Lightwater Clinics (held at the All Saint’s Community Hall, Broadway Road, GU18 5SJ) are from 1.30 pm – 2.30 pm and will be held on:
Tuesday 27th March
(Lightwater Clinics are held the fourth Tuesday of each month)
The Messy Monday session is aimed at children over 2 (younger siblings are welcome) & Tiddler Time is aimed at children under 2.
Both sessions are planned using the revised Early Years Foundation Stage Principles (learning development & care for children from birth to five)
It is a great opportunity for you and your child to have some fun with paint, gloop, glue, etc and to help your child to develop through sensory play.
We also do stories and rhymes during the session.
Many of the activities we do during our
sessions can also be done at home to help continue the learning process.
We hope to see you and your family at a session soon
Messy Mondays 9.30 am until 10.30 am
Tiddler Times 11.15 am until 12.15 pm
Please note that our Play & Learn sessions can be very wet and messy so we suggest that you and your children wear old clothes and to also bring a spare set for your children to change into at the end of the session.
We will continue to use our outside play area as
much as possible during the Winter term, (alongside our indoor area) so please remember to wear suitable clothing and footwear for the weather conditions on the day, raincoats, wellies, etc.
The workshop will enable you to meet other parents in the area and chat about life with a new baby.
Also, it is an opportunity for you to find out about the services that we offer at the Centre. We can answer any questions you may have about our sessions and take bookings for any courses that you are interested in; for example Baby Massage.
The next workshop date is:
Thursday 3rd May from 10.30 am – 11.15 am
Please contact us to book your place, please note priority will be given to families living in Bagshot, Lightwater & Windlesham
